UTILITILE

ORIGIN

The utilitile was conceived by Patrick Turner in 2006 and first revealed to the public in 2007 at the Interior Design Show in Toronto,Canada. Later that year it was exhibited at the ICFF in New York,USA.
The system consists of four modular tile components; 'hooked' (retractable coat hooks), 'keyed' (retractable shelving), 'mirror' and 'blank'.

The tiles were initially produced in walnut and white oak. Later they were produced in white oak, teak and black stained oak.
